The Third House began in 2014 as a small delivery kitchen tucked away in the heart of Andheri West. What started as a late-night solution to Mumbai's food cravings quickly became something far greater — a neighbourhood institution.
The name "The Third House" speaks to that place beyond home and work where you truly belong. A place of comfort, flavour, and belonging.
Today, with multiple locations, a menu spanning 300+ dishes, and doors open until 5AM every single day, The Third House has become Mumbai's most reliable companion — whether it's a 2AM craving or a Sunday family lunch.

Khaliq Moti
Co-Founder & Creative Director
Khaliq spent years in the Bollywood industry as an art director, developing a meticulous eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling. But food was always his first love. In 2014, he channelled that creative instinct into The Third House — designing not just the menu, but the entire experience. Every dish, every presentation, every flavour combination bears his signature: bold, deliberate, and unforgettable.
Hannan Moti
Co-Founder & Managing Director
With 13 years across some of the world's most prestigious financial institutions — JP Morgan in New York, Barclays, Trafigura, and Fiserv — Hannan brought global business thinking to a very local idea. Returning to Mumbai with a vision for what a modern Indian restaurant could be, he co-founded The Third House with his family and has driven its growth, operations, and expansion strategy ever since.
